I-485 rejection
What happens if My I-485 application is rejected and check hasn't been cashed? Can I reapply again? if yes , what will be the receive date? the first time when i sent my document or the one i will send again?

yes u can and it'll be when you send and they actually accept it

recieved date will be the date when your application is accepted! I-485 is rejected due to missing signature, missing I-864 and/or I-944, incorrect fees or incorrect edition of form! Good luck and please resend everything over again correctly once you reecive your package back

for my wife(H-1) i am USC. Nov 2020 filer, Baltimore field office, both I-130 and I-485 are with NBC at this time
