Hi guys,
I am currently 5 months pregnant I went to do my medical for immigration purposes as my interview is next week. I was told by the surgeon I need to take mmr and varicella vaccines. I made the appointment for today,, as well as I did a sonogram this morning, My sonogram was 2 hours before the appointment. I was speaking to my Ob and told her I am going to do vaccines after I leave her facility. she immediately Advised me that while pregnant am not supposed to take mmr or varicella, I call the surgeon who is going to Complete my medical report he indicated to me that if I didn't take them he will not be able to complete it. I keep on saying to him I am pregnant he got so mad and hung the phone up on me . I drove to his practice And demanded to speak to him. He sent his secretary out I have been here for 3 hours And has still not come out to me. I already paid him my money. I callesback my Ob I and she wrote him a letter so I am just waiting for him to complete it can you believe it.!!! 😥😥😥😥
I even went last Monday to an urgent care and the ran out of vaccines or else I'd have taken them. 🙃
delivery issue
I was supposed to receive my 10 years green card yesterday I was tracking it and later the usps show. .We attempted to deliver your item at 7:52 pm on March 13, 2021 in HOUSTON, TX and a notice was left because no secure delivery location was available. I do not see any notice in my mailbox I’ve never had this issue before and I just received approval notice the same yesterday. pls tell me what to do 🥲🥲 I cannot sleep

Hii Folks I Gave Interview in December 2018 Submitted RFE In may 2019 Still no Status Change When i inquired There answer was that They Actively Examine the Case ! Delay has been Necessary for thorogh completion of your case and. it is unconvinient may cause. When i sign in uscis It says National benifit Center working on your case! Has anybody has idea what' s going on

Name change on I-140

I have a question, and I wonder if someone can help me
I have submitted a I-140 (NIW) on Apr2020, and on July2020 I had to change the attorney company. So on USCIS web site, I see the last status as Name changed for I-140 on July. my question is: my processing time counts from original submission date (April) or from the name Change (July)?
does anyone knows?

Parents getting rejected at visa embassy, despite son’s American Citizenship!!!
My spouse is a citizen, and is trying to get his parents into the U.S to begin the petition process on their behalf since the other option could take a very long time. They have been rejected twice for no reason, he also provided invitation letters.
What could be wrong? I would want to believe a citizen has certain rights to bring in a parent or even both. Please advise.
GC to citizenship. How it works?
Hi folks, I just have a silly questions about citizenship path. I know that GC holders can apply for citizenship under 3-year rule if marry USC, and 5-year rule if marry GC holders.
Q: Is the year of marriage counted since the day couple get marriage certificate signed, or the day their case I485 gets approved?
