Name change on I-140
hello guys
I have a question, and I wonder if someone can help me
I have submitted a I-140 (NIW) on Apr2020, and on July2020 I had to change the attorney company. So on USCIS web site, I see the last status as Name changed for I-140 on July. my question is: my processing time counts from original submission date (April) or from the name Change (July)?
does anyone knows?

i think the processing time will count from the moment you filed it, what the system shows are the latest changes made to your file, in this case the attorney change, so every change you make will be shown in the system, the interal process they have is completely independent and doesn't restart each time the petitioner makes a non influential change on it.

did you send only the 140 or added the 1485 too? and have you received your combo card?

no... just I140... i’m not in us.
