Can a work permit (EAD) holder apply for a Green Card?
just a quick question. Long story short, a friend of mine has been working legally in the US for about 15 years under his EAD. Everything he has been doing is legal. He’s not married.
Is there a way for a case like this to apply for a Green Card?

Hello.. Can somebody please help me. I checked my online account that a RFE was sent and when I checked the documents there is an attached letter for the RFE and it was written there to mail the RFE documents. If I am going to mail the needed documents do I still need to upload the documents in the online app? I am confused coz there is an option in there “Respond with evidence” I don’t want to click that one yet till I have those documents needed in my hands just kinda scared thinking once i click that option I should upload the documents right away.
So, is anyone here have the same situation? is it necessary to upload it also online or just mail it to the uscis address given or better yet mail and upload it as well?. Thank you in advance for those who will reply. Keep safe all!

My wife is a US citizen and I'm her husband seeking a marriage green card. My wife does not meet the income requirements for a green card and neither do i. I read a form saying my wife's household member can be a sponsor if we don't meet the requirements. Is it possible for my wife's father in law (my father) to become a sponsor, provided that he is NOT a US citizen or a green card holder. Thanks!

I hope the officer that have my case could see this message. my mom die 4 years now I couldn’t attend the funeral. I’m asking please to approve my case and send me the green card I need closure, this is killing me I just want to go put some flowers on her grave😭😭😭. my husband is stressed he’s the only breadwinner, we have 3 baby boy. I just need to help, pay my tax and stop living like an alien. thanks in advance God bless you
