Missed biometric appointment
Hello,
I had an appointment for my biometrics who was scheduled for the 22nd of October. I received a email the 24th of September telling me that I should receive the appointment information soon if not I should go on the link below and if I moved I should update my mailing address. So I assumed that I was receiving the appointment information by mail. Arrived the 23nd and still nothing so I try to call, to email them and click on the link, I tried everything it didn't worked, so I went in my documents and finally found the document with the details of the appointment saying that it was October, 22nd. So I missed it from 2 days, I tried to call, they said to wait 60 days to have an appointment rescheduled but on the document it says that the case could be denied if I don't reschedule before the date of the appointment. I am very lost.
can someone try to give me infos please ?
Thank you
Should I wait for I-130 confirmation before filing I-485?
I submitted my I-130 & I-130A online back in August. Since we were moving at the time we decided to file the rest at a later date. We now have all the paperwork ready to send off, but I’m just wondering if we must wait for the I-130 to be fully processed or if we can send the I-485 and the rest of the paperwork now as it’s processing.. anyone have experience with this? thanks

Social Security Card
Hi, guys. I have a quick question about my social security card. *So, short story……I got my EAD about 25 days before I got my green card, and I got my social security card about a few weeks after I got my green card. On the social security card it says
“Valid for work only with DHS authorization.”
I called the SSA to ask if I could replace it with a normal one, but the lady who works at the SSA said “It’s the same as the normal one. You can use it to work. There’s no need to change or replace it.”
I do know that it’s supposed to say that when I only have the EAD, but in this case I have the green card already.
I just thought that they wouldn’t have put it there if there’s no conditions.
The question is “Does anybody know ‘the conditions’ or ‘the effects’ between the card with and without the phrase?”
I am waiting a long time 🥲
Anybody same situation i have more and 5 months I finished interview,no decision no nothing.
Agent told me untill 4 months they give me answers but nothing utill now!
From 31 December 2019 untill today 🙆🏼♂️😇

The wait is killing me.
Any one from Nashville office? Do you know how long they are taking with the interviews to be scheduled? I have been married for over a year, my Citizen husband sent me divorce papers, does anyone know what can I do?

I-130 inside USA and I-130 overseas
Good morning friends! I have 2 questions and I would like to hear people been through similar processes.
we submitted I-130 in 2/14/2020, at the same time my husband submitted his N-400, thanks god and finally my husband had his Oath ceremony scheduled. Once my husband get his naturalization certificate I can adjust for me ( I'm here in the USA) and for my daughter overseas ( she is under 21).
My question is how much longer on average do I have to wait to adjust considering that I've been waiting almost 2 years since my I-130 and my daughter's still waiting for decision in California Center?
Who I need to call to put me in the different waiting line, I understand the waiting line is longer for LPR spouses and kids?
