Hi guys.My 485 was accepted in NBC Center, and the case number start with MSC2190--, was submitted in October 2020. I want to know is there any approval for MSC asylum 485 now? Are we procesing at the NBC Center or the local field office? Do we have to interview in person again? How long I need to wait

Natz: Stay outside the US during COVID-19
How All. Does anyone know if their is a USCIS Memo or some official document dealing with LPRs, who stayed more than 6 months overseas due to COVID-19 restrictions on travel? I have a client who wants to apply for naturalization but couldn't return to USA from overseas from 2020 until April 2021. I wonder if the 5 years & 50% absence rules are tolled due to COVID-19. Any response will be appreciated.
