my PD is 2/26/21. I have seen mostly Nov/Dec approvals lately and two random August 2021 approvals which were shocking lol

@Ken - did you check with “ask Emma”’ if you’re still at Nebraska? I started off at Nebraska then was transferred to Texas with no notice

I did. well that's confusing me. Transfer your case without notice. Emma told me my case has been transferred to service center. while I contacted my lawyer she told me my case is still at Nebraska. Emma and my lawyer who is saying truth

i mean I’ve checked like 10 times on Ask Emma to make sure it was transferred to Texas… each time they said it’s in Texas so I believe them :)

people should write lawfully and tell them to separate the cases because cases here are not the same as cases overseas. it is confusing people on here.

@sehwon Tokpah? Are overseas cases supposed to be faster or slower than AOS?

I think slower because the person is not in the USA. cases here are processed faster.

that someone was approved from Texas service center this month. case was filed in March.

Sallie - Consular Filing (overseas) has always been considered quicker than AOS

I don't think any of us that have our cases in Texas will get any updates until next year the middle because they are just on October 2020. if your case was filed this year, imagine when will USCIS touch your case.

october 2020 reflects who is eligible for a case inquiry, because uscis is just about done with approving those. However, they are actually approving December 2020 petitions at the moment.
