The wait is killing me.
Any one from Nashville office? Do you know how long they are taking with the interviews to be scheduled? I have been married for over a year, my Citizen husband sent me divorce papers, does anyone know what can I do?

Anybody that sent you divorce papers won’t attend an interview with you. If there’s been abuse then you switch to VAW. if you attend that interview without your husband, your case will be denied

@martha m Hey if your I-485 is in Nashville (which I believe is your local field office) then I’m sure you are just waiting for an available interview date. Nobody can really predict when that will be. You can reach out to your congressman to see if they can help.

@martha m You are gonna have an interview soon. Just start preparing for it by gathering all the necessary documents you’d need. Mine went the same way. Do you have a lawyer? Good thing is that your file is at your local office so any moment now.
