I-130 inside USA and I-130 overseas
Good morning friends! I have 2 questions and I would like to hear people been through similar processes. we submitted I-130 in 2/14/2020, at the same time my husband submitted his N-400, thanks god and finally my husband had his Oath ceremony scheduled. Once my husband get his naturalization certificate I can adjust for me ( I'm here in the USA) and for my daughter overseas ( she is under 21). My question is how much longer on average do I have to wait to adjust considering that I've been waiting almost 2 years since my I-130 and my daughter's still waiting for decision in California Center? Who I need to call to put me in the different waiting line, I understand the waiting line is longer for LPR spouses and kids?

Hey @Lisa... just uploaded your husband's Naturalization Certificate on your uscis account once you have it and they will take that into consideration. To make sure they looked at it, give them a call after some days.

you can upgrade your category once he is a citizen. you check which one is processing faster: wife of usc or wife of lpr. Then you upgrade the category if the USC procesing time is faster. That's easy to check. You have to contact them. yoy probably want to still contact them to update ether i130 because you are in the USA. you can't adjust with unlawful presence (if any) if you are married to a LPR but you can if you are married to a USC.
