Actually, the attorney cannot stay with you in the interview room. Also, attorneys cannot speak or interfere during the interview. Most of the time they only write down some important information about the conversation. Suggestions is: take everything that you can as bonafide marriage. Answer only what the officer ask you. @josh bigosh not true, attorney stay in the rooms. You need the moral support you can get at stokes. Stokes interview is more about your performance, you and your spouse saying the same thing. The documents is secondary. If you cannot answer basic questions then your documents cant really save you. Get an attorney please do not contemplate it.
