Guys, good morning, afternoon, evening according to your local time I come in peace.
please anybody is in mess with USCIS like me? my case have been with USCIS since September 14 , 2019 that was when I submitted my application with them. On December 10, request for evidence Medical was sent and I responded January 7, I was so happy when they send it because the letter started that, we need new medical from you to make a final decision. Guys, till now I haven’t heard anything from them. usps tracker said it was received my them all attempts to find out if they received has prove abortive. In one their response to my request through equiry online says my case is in “additional review “ this response makes me nervous more and more. please anybody experiencing this as well? any information or advise will be appreciated. thanks 🙏
90 day rule
I am in desperate need of help. if anyone can share his or her journey . I came on visitor visa and we got married and applied for AOS within 90 days. We have our interview coming up in March . please suggest me something. should we withdraw our case and refile or should we go to interview . thank you

Bro let me just say I respect USCIS and what they are trying to accomplish but it has to be the most ineffective government agencies ever. They could be so more efficient. I’m currently Active Duty Army and my fiancée is in Russia… those two things alone already make for a difficulty process. But when I put in an expedite request and send the requested documentation and get 3 responses from agents saying that they received the supporting evidence but then 9 other agents say they can’t see that an evidence was received in the system. The lack of communication is horrendous. Especially me being a federally employee and trying to use another federal service without any help, guidance, or services is just sad. the military help line is no help at all. I have so many people in the service I know that have been waiting on N-400s for years. Cmon y’all

-roth irs investment showing wife name
- few mail received on same address
- state NURSING license showing both address same
- employer letter showing wife as emergency contact.
- form 1040 3 years
- marriage certificate.
