Reuse Expired H1B
Hi ,
I am on dependent L2 visa and my husband L1 visa is nearing max out. Before getting L2 visa , I had H1B(Approved from Jan 2017 to Sep 2017) and stamped from March2017 - Sep 2017.But I never used it. Is it possible to use my H1B visa now .If Yes, is there any timeframe (like 6 years from stamped date) to use it?

Call From USCIS Today
I got a call from USCIS tier 2 officer today, to be honest, I was not told what I wanted to hear. My case is outside normal processing time in Iowa, but she told me by case is still within the normal processing time with NBC, it can take upto 48 months, I lost hope and became heart broken. I have decided to enjoy my life and not let these guys bother me again.
I’ll be off this app, and won’t be back until I get schedule for interview or they approve my case without interview. I mean, whatever. My I-485 case has been pending since May 2020 on finger print added. bye lawfully 🙅🏿♀️

it's so painful, I decided to use credit card for payment of my forms i-485 and i-765. total fee is $1,225. However it's rejected with the reason that the information of credit card we used is invalid. I just don't understand which part of it is invalid, USCIS didn't specify it. any advise based on your experience? Thanks

frustrating
ny passed Emma to speak with a live agent and it seems like Emma would’ve gave me better answer lol 😂 asked my case status agent going to tell me to go to the site I’m like this is why I’m calling to ask site doesn’t give any information. no updates as for now and then unfortunately that inf not available right now.😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

Has anyone else been stuck with "case is being actively reviewed"?
My case has been like that since November 2021 and it seems like I can't talk to an agent or they'll reply online with "your case is within the processing time". I'm just wondering why set it to that status then. I've read about so many people getting approved within days after getting that status update

Expedite Request for K3
I-130 expedite request denied after 6 days and never showed in the status of uscis account. So I requested again on 2/8/22 for my K3 and the next day it has an expedite request received update in uscis account. I am just confused that in my I-130 there was never an update for the expedite.

i just recetly approved combo card. and now waiting gof GC. and i talked with Emma and connect to agent, he said from NBC request to my service center which is Nashville TN for interview. do you know how long will i get answer? anyone knows timeline in Nashville TN?
