Hello. I submitted two different I-130 forms last month end using two different credit card payments method for my two kids. The two forms were packaged differently but was mailed together in a bigger envelope. I just got notification of receipt for one of the forms. Could there be a problem with the other form?

Visa for parents
Hey folks. i got a question little bit weirdo. So i am married to US citizen here and i just got my EAD with advance parole. And i want to bring my parents to see us in here. Is there anyone who successfull got their parents visa with the reason he/she married in here. If yes what kind of strong evidence can i provide for my parents visa interview in my country and what might be success rate. Thanks for answers beforehand

Today I got this status update notice. When I logged in to my USCIS account it shows "Your account functionality is limited right now due to technical issues. We are working to fix this issue." I hope they're gonna send the approval notice 🤞

I-485 WAS CLOSED, I do not know what to do
I have an approved I-130 with a US citizen and my I -485 was just administivly closed due to being in removal proceedings. I originally entered illegally through Mexico to Texas(2019) and filed for asylum, while in custody. While in custody I was granted parole from custody under 212 (d)(5)(a). Although I got this special parole, USCIS says I'm not an arriving alien so only EOIR has jurisdiction. Can I possibly get out of removal proceedings or can I only adjust in court? In my situation what are your options?
