Visa for parents
Hey folks. i got a question little bit weirdo. So i am married to US citizen here and i just got my EAD with advance parole. And i want to bring my parents to see us in here. Is there anyone who successfull got their parents visa with the reason he/she married in here. If yes what kind of strong evidence can i provide for my parents visa interview in my country and what might be success rate. Thanks for answers beforehand

I think this is very premature. You need to focus on become an LPR first before you worry about bringing your parents. First things first, you still have a long way to go.

you need to be a citizen to petition your parents. or they can apply for a tourist visa to visit you.

@bob your parents need to prove strong ties to your home country like job, house, if they travelled before, who will finance their trip.
