It is very frustrating and disappointing how uscis is processing cases, some of them are being approved withing months and some have to wait too long. This morning I had conversation with live agent and she told me that my case is been transferred to Vermont from Nebraska. i have no more hope now. I was so excited that my priority date was active and I will hear anything soon but looks like this is not happening soon..🥺🥺

But it’s been 9 months, we only got under actively reviewing a month ago.
Is there anything I can do to speed up the process?

For anyone who wants to know the guidelines for filing a spouse on your taxes. My tax preparer had me file married head of house hold, spouse outside of the US. I'm a US citizen.

hi everyone, my husband still waiting to get a green card based on the asylum approval, he got the approval in 2018, then apply for a green card in 2019. before 3days they update for RFE, could be for expired medicalexam or something else? and another one, I knew they write the date of the approval it means 2018, and I knew that after 4 years and 6 months can apply for citizenship. my question is do they count those years? thanks for help !
k1 visa. I129F petition for fiancee
my 1st NOA is dated to May 20th 2021. any updates on exactly what month are they working on! tired of waiting. called couple attorneys and they said we cant do anything unless they pass May 20th on the processing time but every time they get to April-March they go back in time now they are saying they are processing February cases.
will time reset for i130?
I’m LPR now and I filed i130 stand-alone for my wife. In coming months I will file for citizen. USCIS says if primary beneficiary immigration changes we have to notify them which is expected. question is will the time line for i130 continues with LPR or citizen processing time? I applied i130 in June 8th 2021
