see if you can talk to an agent tomorrow and put in a inquiry to see if the tier 2 officer can call you back

they do not call back

they do call back shortly after. they try twice. but it rings less than once. I missed both calls the first time and had to call to get them to try again. i then turned on the auto answer function on my phone and that's how I was able to talk to one yesterday

Generally you have 3 chances with them. the 1st day, they will called you twice. In the morning and in the afternoon if they can't reach you that morning. If the can't reach you also that afternoon, the will call you the next day before 12 p.m... if the next day you still unavailable, they won't call u again
