how long????i485 pending

still waiting for a response for my RFE medical that I sent back in December. They received everything in the mail at the Queens office on January 7 and I still haven’t gotten any answers yet. I know they say you can contact them after 60 days. Why does it take so long? I’ve been waiting for my green card for almost 4 years now. I’m so stressed 😫

after my fingerprint taken in 01/06/2025 today I see update in my case I485 . your case transferred to another USCIS office. that office now has jurisdiction over your case. What that mean?

did you get an email right away when you got approved for your I-130? I ask because I check my status online all the time. if they send out an email right away I would have to check to often 😊

My H1B along with H4 and H4EAD is submitted for extension. all applications submitted on 02/05 and all expired on02/05/2025. my question is whether or not H4EAD allowed to search work job during wait

My case has been pending for over 9 years and was just migrated to ELIS on May 20, 2024. Any ideas on how long I should wait to see another update or receive an approval from them?
