hi guys good evening
I have concern about our case,we paid all the fees in national visa center and we already send documents but it's still incomplete bcoz we have problems for almost a year now .my questions is ,is there a limit or expiration if we didn't finish yet sending our documents ?thank you

If you don’t submit all required documents/contact the NVC within a year, your case may be terminated. To keep it active, submit any document to reset.

they give you a year to submit and complete the aplication

yes after one year your case will expire and you have to resubmit your case for whole process
