travel with parole
I travel to my home country for six weeks and when I came back to the United States, I went through immigration today and all they asked was how long did you stay? What did you bring back,then welcome back home.
No secondary inspection., the whole process took me three minutes, so it’s safe to go home as far as you don’t have any criminal background all this fear that people share on this platform should be stopped . If you have a problem with immigration,that means you have a criminal background if you don’t have any criminal background you can go to your country with no problem for reentry.

Did you go through the citizen line or the non-citizen line? I intend to travel too with my USC spouse, and wonder which line should we go through together.

@Tien Soare ....this is a simple question with a simple answer.....if .you have not completed the process to become a citizen and have no green card, you stay on the visa line and allow your spouse stay on the citizen and green card line......both of you will still meet up to pick your baggage......it's not an interview session for couples yet

On the travel via parole,.....as long as you have a clean record, you are free to travel and come back .....don't be scared of rumours

@G L The kids have not filed for you yet. They are minors i guess......you can be with them on the visa line. When you get to the officer attending to you, you present their American passport....I saw a similar incident at the airport on my way into America. An American citizen was on the visa line because she couldn't find her Passport and she was sent to the secondary room. While she was waiting to be called up, she searched her bag further and suddenly found the missing passport. She stood with it, went to the officer and was cleared immediately....so it's not a big deal
