Case finally approved
After being in the US for 10 years and waiting over a year for my green card my case was finally approved. I know how stressful of a process it is, please know that your time will come! I wish all of you good luck, and patience🖤 no one knows how hard of a process it is but you.

Hello! I wanted to let everyone who I spoke with here that my wife and I received our approval today! got an email saying they had taken action on the case. Went into the documents tab and boom! approval letter. my wife and I are ecstatic. We began our process on August 25, 2023. My August people don’t fret you’re next. I’d always be excited to see people’s approvals on here and Discord. We all share the same joy as this process is something we all have in common. I only wish everyone the best. Thank you all. Seeing post on here helped a lot. more than you know.
AoS petition in CRP for 2 months and Senator response
My AoS is in CRP for more than 2 months now and I tried to reach out to my senator and below is the response I received. I asked if they can make an enquiry but no response for past 2 days though. What does it mean by "case exceeded maximum average processing time"?
"These decisions are made by immigration and consular officials on a case-by-case basis according to the documentation and reasoning provided by constituents that demonstrates how their case meets established criteria. Due to the volume of requests, the standards are very high.
Our office can submit an inquiry if your case has exceeded the maximum average processing time or you meet one or more of the USCIS criteria for expedited review."
finally my process over!
I had my n400 interview combined with the I 751. Uscis called me 2 days before to tell me that my husband had to go with me to the interview since my I751 was pending, but on the day of the interview the officer said that he could not go with me to the office and that only I was required. The officer asked me for documentation to prove that our marriage was still valid, after that he continued with the civics test, reading and writing. Finally I had my ceremony the same day!

Wishing everyone the best, especially those Oct/Nov/Dec-2023 filers without Premium Processing, as we approach the 12th month, which is now the average waiting time for 80% of cases to be reviewed.
(IMO; Additional delays are likely due to the massive influx of applications and prioritization of cases that are current.)
•Today marks 366 days since I submitted my I-140 application and
• 330 days since my last status update to “Case is being actively reviewed…”.
Let’s stay positive and see what the future holds as we continue waiting patiently, some cases are passing ~450 days already.
Good luck, everyone! 🍀
