EAD
Hello Family,
With the new beautiful bill that was put into law, does that means the the 5 years EAD given will be terminated and we have to re-apply for a new one that will have the new 6 months validity? or the 5 years EAD is still valid until its expiration date?

they cannot terminate existing EAD card for sure , not sure where you heard about this policy .

false !!! USISC still handled 5 years EAD nothing changed!

I rent in my application in March. they have not processed it yet but I’m hoping for 5 years

where on the bill does it mention EAD? it focuses on wall construction, more ICE agents, $100 fee for asylum seekers, detention centers and approximately 1 million deportations a year.

I just got mine last May…card expires in 2030.
