Just a thought… (Not a legal advise or anything related to…)
In a previous post, I clearly explained why I believe premium processing (PP) is essential these days, if you can afford it. So please, take action! Get your answers quickly! Get adjudicated! If you receive a Request for Evidence (RFE), address it! If you face a denial, fix it! And then, get in line—fast! Imagine we're in line at a coffee shop with at least a thousand people ahead of us waiting to order their “I-140,” and even more are joining! There’s only one or two employees making the coffee, and they're struggling to keep up (AOS)! But they’ll continue serving coffee because that’s the only way to keep the shop open. Please understand this: the situation isn’t what it used to be! It’s no longer about being current in the process. It’s all about grabbing that ticket and getting in line to pick up your coffee as quickly as possible! The longer you wait, the more distant your priority date becomes, making it harder to order your coffee. Remember, these days, PP is NOT about being current! It’s NOT about being current! It’s NOT about being current! Secure your spot and get in line! Just a friendly reminder in response to many comments I've received asking, “Why should I do PP if I’m not current?” This is not legal advice and it's not mandatory, but it's important to be realistic about the current situation—it’s not getting any better. More and more people are applying, and there aren’t enough staff to keep up with the demand! The choice is yours now, and good luck to everyone!
