For Form I-751 (Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence), USCIS usually sends the I-797 receipt notice within about 2–4 weeks after they receive your package. this is the usual time, but with all the backlog on cases it can be longer Good luck

Hard to say. it’s the application that takes the longest. It says 24 months or more. I file in May 2023 and still waiting :/ My friend filed couple months ago and got the interview at the end of this month. It also depends on the center it was sent to.

i sent on 18th of July - got the receipt on 27th

@Shee ja As far as I know, some do the interview some others don’t. I believe it depends on the case.
