@Stone Mac I send it to via express. Idk why would anyone use regular mail. RFE explicitly says to send it via express if you need faster results

@JESUS Moves mountains! can you please share your timeline for i485? I remember you mentioned after good moral character rfe they been silent for 3 years, just checking in because I haven’t seen any updates on my I-360 since I responded to the RFE 3.6 ago. I recently got an update on my I-485 saying it has been transferred to a new field office. I’m wondering what that could indicate, since my VAWA petition still shows the same status. Any insight would be appreciated

@Ena 22 maybe it’s something simple don’t worry too much wait until you get the RFE. Did you use an attorney?

@Ena 22 I read somewhere that sometimes they send a RFE to verify Address. you know how they called my lawyer last Friday to verify my address, what if they are sending a RFE to verify yours?

@Stone Mac I know about they calling your lawyer. yea! I also read somewhere that they sent rfe to someone to verify zip code. I will receive rfe bu next week.

@d s I filed Jan 18th 2022 got requested for Evidence right away, for Good Moral. and Asked for my biometrics right away. once they received the RFE they went silent for 3 years. no update no nothing. until one morning I woke up to lawfully letting me know my Vawa was approved. June 2025 they requested for medical July 2025 they received Medicals July 2025 today I Got my interview date: 11/25

@Ena 22 I remember last time I got a request for evidence for my zip code and a couple days later you posted about a request for evidence via mail. our time lines are so similar, I’m sure your interview will be soon!
