Hi lovely community,
Just wanted to share that today I was "authorised" to send an e-request.
I received an email back from USCIS stating that they could take 60 days to respond to my enquiry.
Since I am now "authorised" to make enquiries, I am planning to call them some time this week and "help" my case since it's been 412 days with no official progress and completely outside of the processing time for Texas which actually is 10 months (for 80% of the cases).
If you're having (or had) similar experience, share yours here.

These people 🫠
I have sent everything I had before and now 4 years later they are asking for pictures, bank statements, lease (I own my house), a bunch of things that I don’t have anymore, bills and all.
When I go check the statement for the bills they stops at 16 month and other 24 months.
I closed the joint bank account.
What can I do?

hi family, today my i485 got transferred again after biometrics.
I filed my i485 on Aug 28, 2023 and it was transferred from Nebraska to Vermont, on Aug 22, 2024 biometrics was added, today it got transferrd again. is there anyone who has received this transfer update today?

Can Conditional LPR With a Pending 829 sponsor Spouse’s Green Card?
Hi everyone!
I’m wondering if anyone else is in a similar situation. I’m currently in the process of removing the conditions on my green card as an EB-5 investor. I submitted my Form I-829 earlier this year, and I understand it might take a few years to get approved.
I’m planning to get married next year, and my partner is currently in the U.S. on a work visa. In this case, can I still sponsor my partner under the F2A category? I know there is a waiting time for F2A processing, but it might be faster than the processing time for Form I-829. Would USCIS approve my spouse’s Form I-485 once Chart A shows that the I-130 priority date is current?
Any insights would be greatly appreciated! I haven’t been able to find much information online. Thank you all!
