CSPA Age-out Risk?
F2A for my daughter, PD April 2025. She turns 21 in Dec 2026. Based on current Chart A movement, what are the chances she’ll stay under CSPA age and avoid aging out?”

@Bob Lois Does it make a difference if she’s in the U.S.? I heard I-130s get approved faster when filed in the U.S. than through NVC.

reach out to NVC and activate her CSPA status

@Cassie G ohk so it really depends on the F2A movementover time because of new uscis policy. keep an intense watch. All the Best!🙏

I applied for an I-130 for my daughter in March 2025. She was 20, a CSP-protected age. I-130 approval subtracts the age from the visa bulletin's current. If the age is under 21 she will stay F2a. / exp: she is 20 if I-130 is approved in 2027 and visa bulletin current 2028 age 20/ I-130 approval age 22- visa bulletin current age 23 -2 years from I-130 =21 this is how it is calculated CSPA
