Next step advice for a returned i485
Hello all, I am a family of three and submitted i485 with medicals. Mine (principal applicant) was approved and my dependents’ forms were returned. Finally, the notice came in the mail and it looks like we missed a part of the i485 while filling for my dependents. The USCIS already unpacked the documents, inserted some bar codes at the bottom of the pages, opened the sealed medical envelopes, and arranged it in some sort of orders (I guess based on their preference). So, I have the following follow-up questions: 1. Since we missed only a part of the filling, can we go ahead and fill part we omitted, and resubmit exactly the same form with the initial dates… or we should fill a new i485 altogether 2. Now that the medical report is unsealed, do we go back to the doctor for another sealed report… or the USCIS will take the unsealed one back since they are the ones who opened it initially 3. Since the document came stapled and arranged in some sort of order… We still need to unstable it, and remove the green notice to place it on top. So, should we staple it back after that and maintain the current order they sent the package to us? 4. There is a white notice that came with the form which had a receipt number with MSC2590*** I am assuming we don’t need to include G-1145 anymore 5. Some of the pages (not all) has some squiggly lines with CD written in front with ink 🖊. *I am curious what this meant and whether we are required to do anything on that page*, because those aren’t the pages where we had any incomplete or incorrect filing. Thank you 🙏 everyone in anticipation of your inputs and sharing your experience
