I do have a question regarding my i485 based on asylee I applied Match 20 2024 today 12/26 /2024 my case transferred to buffalo filed office but I live in Texas it means my interview wavid or not yet and usually how long does it take after transferring NBC to FO office and why case transfer thank you
Field Office Assignment for AOS?
I am still waiting for my priority date to become current, but I’ve always wondered how the field office for an AOS application is determined. Specifically, how do they decide which field office handles your case, and what are the chances it will be assigned to your local field office? For context, I have an approved I-140 based on EB2-NIW.

Good evening my people so today I called uscis and requested for an information pass on my I360 and the lady I spoke to said I should be expecting an update 15months from the time I filled for it and am in the time frame so after 15 month and I haven’t received any update I can call back again . But so far I have gotten a PF and AP no work permit yet cause I recently filled for c09 . It’s this normal tho. and has anyone call for them to be told they have these certain time frame on their case .
