What are the chances of my I-485 getting approved within 40days after being current.
I have an upcoming trip abroad on October 31st and will be returning back on November 9th with my valid H-1B visa stamp. My expedited request for advance parole was denied.
I know once i485 is approved, the visa becomes invalid

you can travel back on your H1b if your 485 gets approved abroad

It’s advised not to travel abroad when going through AoS since your application may be considered abandoned
