your i-130 is automatically denied since that is a petition from your spouse and they are no longer petitioning on your behalf. For i-360 they understand you may have left your house and not gathered everything whatever they are asking for do your level best to provide something or write a statement as to why you cannot provide it, your i-485 depends on the approval of your i-360 if the i-360 is approved they’ll proceed to process it, if the i-360 is denied there’s no reason to proceed with the i-485 as it’s dependent on the i-360 to get a visa number. beat of luck!! have statements from friends, neighbors or leaders in your community who saw you together etc

@zumunda nda if you have psychological report, your personal declaration matters a lot and 4-5 affidavits from family or friends. that’s all for proof of abuse. this is what I submitted and I was approved. and remember state the reason why you don’t have those evidence.

You don’t have to have all of them. Just provide an explanation of why you don’t have them.

@zumunda nda best advise is write a personal statement 7-10 pages long and more if you could. Provide whatever you can and give detailed explanation as to why you can not provide the others. You will be approved. I am advising based on personal experience. ChatGPT is your friend. Also get people to write and motorize affidavit of support on your behalf. Good luck 🍀
