EAD (I-765) filled in October 2020, no updates after biometrics

Case filled on 10/30/2020 Priority date is 04/14/2020 Nebraska service center case was concurrently filled with I-485, EB-2 Biometrics taken on 09/09/2021 tried to ask for expedite request but was denied I submitted a service request on 11/17/2021 and response should arrive by 12/09 am I just unlucky? or are there folks in the same situation? any advise? #i765 #ead #nebraska

10 days waithing for my interview later schedule

I have be waiting 10’days of my mail letter with the information for my schedule interview date. Everybody says it’s should be kinda 7 days. it’s normal? u guys think I will receive that this week?

Does slow FO matter if they decide to skip interview?

I have my biometrics appt coming up on 12/20 and my local FO is Seattle which is super slow. My application is at LIN right now. Assuming I don’t get any RFE(already submitted medicals with initial application) or interview(I’m with original employer) can I expect my application to be completely adjudicated in LIN? Wondering how much faster it can be without interview/what timeline to expect.

I’m concerned with the new covid variant if you’re granted an emergency travel doc, and you’re outside the US and your country orgin is banned will you have a problem coming back?

Vaccination during pregnancy

Hello guys,I need help from someone who has gone through something like this. i am pregnant,in my first weeks and I know that sometime during my pregnancy I will have to go do my medical exam before an interview. now this might trigger some people-I don’t meant to start the debate-I just need an advice in regards to decision that I already made!!! I don’t want to get my Covid vaccine while pregnant,I am not against vaccinations-I personally don’t want to fo it while being with a child.I know doctors will tell that it’s proved that there is no harm-I can’t totally agree.I don’t feel that it’s safe for me or my baby.That’s it. sooo Has anyone went through something like this and got a waiver?How did you do it? Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone. someone here in the same situation my PD 06/09, Biometric on 11/02 I-485 was changed after biometric 11/08 to case ready to be scheduled for an interview I-765 remains the same, on june 9, 2021, we received your form I-765, I was wondering if anyone received your EDA even though there was no change in the application?

I-485 reviewing, Can I travel to my Country?

Hi, We had an interview on November 16, But unfortunately we Medical Exam wasn’t ready yet. officer was nice man, We unswered for all questions. We had enough proof and pictures. End of interview officer explained to us about green card, if we approve 1st time 2years and then 10years green card and US Passport. Officer said he will mail us something and we can mail back Medical Exam to USCIS. Still didn’t received anything yet. What should I do. Can I travel to my Country?
