you gonna receive RFE for medical soon . you should wait.if they denied while you are out of US you gonna have a hard time trying to comeback

what you meant by “ getting US passport “?… you won’t get a US passport until your a citizen.. also no! if your located in the US now you can’t travel back to your country unless you have an advance parole. they probably gonna give you an RFE for the medical before they approve you. good luck.

@Nina am talking about now it’s how he worded it… we clearly know as a GC holder you can’t get a US passport until your a citizen.. it’s how he worded it why it sounds that way.. after he gets approved he’ll get a 2 years card then 21 months after he gotta file to get the conditions off then he’ll get a 10 years card. about 5 years time he can apply for his citizenship then he can get his US passport .. sometimes it’s how things are worded people will read it whichever way!

@Nina thanks for advice. I have a Travel Document till September 2022, still I have to wait? You don’t think they’ll schedule 2nd interview before to denied?

@John if you already gone through with your interview they won’t schedule a second one just for medical exams they’ll might just send you an RFE for that piece of evidence . I’d just wait before leaving the country you never know. cause having a travel document doesn’t guarantee you entry back that’s up to CBP to let you by.

All of you guys right, when i called to USCIS they said it may take from 1 up to 26 months from day when I send my File to USCIS 12/15/2020. Because USCIS working on cases 2019-2020 now it’s been 12months.

yea sometimes missing documents and a RFE can slow down your case I have a friend who’s still waiting as well. I went through all this process great things I didn’t get RFE and got approved on spot .

I’m traveling on my parole and I had my interview sept 24, my lawyer said I’m good to go, but I’m still scared. she said I won’t have any issues at the airport since I didn’t commit any crime nor this isn’t my first time traveling out of the state

@Oscar, my lawyer were with us on Interview, as soon as we went outside he said we pass the interview 💯%. interview was pretty quick 30mins or less. there wasn’t any deep questions. we answered for all questions together.

more than a month now since her RFE your luckily you made it to the interview without medical
