did you file a request via ombudsman or congressman?

yes i tried both and did not work out…

why? what did they say? they should file a request bc you are outside of normal processing times

If all of them does what they should do none of us would have waited this long… The reality is they do not really care about us

what was the official response when you reached out to ombudsman?

my friend priority date is January 2 and he got approved yesterday from Potomac category C08

January 6, 2021 I’m still waiting, lost my job a month ago 😩

one guy has received Jan 6 approval last Friday

@Julia, is you receipt date January or March as you mentioned in other group? If it is Jenuary, pretty sure you will receive your approval by next week

@Anton, my received date is January 6 and the notice day is March 3. I hope they will count me as January 6, 2021.

I tried my it was rejected and then via congressman - didn’t help as well
