it a law now for uscis you must provide your Covid vaccine 💉 card before gaining access to the uscis building it also a requirement for the Medicals now…

the doctor can say you didn’t get the vaccine due to being pregnant .. i would think that’s considered a valid medical reason. . they can’t force you to get the vaccine while pregnant. it could risk you or the baby. so it’s a valid reason not get it at that appointment but later on yeah ..

they can’t force anyone to get the vaccine to enter the uscis building , a lot of people didn’t get the vaccine before it became apart of the green card process . I’m due for biometrics soon and they didn’t tell me I needed to have a Covid vaccine to enter the building. 🤦‍♀️

@Ana don't do it know but you will receive a RFE after your interview and your case can be longer than expected.waiver? you don't get a waiver for COVID vaccine.is gonna be mandate

Thank to everyone who replied!Will be looking for ways to avoid it,I guess even if it postpone my case approval.At this point I am more concerned about my child.I understand that things might not go wrong,but in case they do-no one is gonna be held responsible except me.

Nina,during this whole pandemic I haven’t got Covid even once,also while being pregnant with my first child or even I didn’t personally know a person who had Covid,never been in contact with someone who had covid..Only a friend of a friend etc.You don’t know what precautions I take and how my lifestyle is.As I said-I made my decision and I didn’t ask for your opinion,respectfully..Good luck.

sad that everyone thinks this vaccine is the cure. as of right now who’s passing the new variant around? the vaccinated people because the unvaccinated can barely travel! my moms sister got the vaccine and died of a heart attack, my moms uncle ended up on a ventilator, our neighbor lost feeling in her right side as of last night and is in hospital. My spouse works for a hospital and most of the people they are seeing are all vaccinated. so if the vaccinated people feel so safe being vaccinated and it’s such a help and cure ( then live your life and stop forcing people who don’t want it yet to get it)

people are getting more sick from the vaccine than Covid itself. vaccinated or not I do believe it’s everyone’s right to how they feel. just like you chose to get vaccinated, I’m not against getting the vaccine but I don’t want to be forced into getting something that they don’t even know is going to work! so everyone is just taking it like testing rats and will get 100boosters to go with it .. hats off to those to have done it, by all means it’s their choice but by them doing it they shouldn’t make the ones who didn’t feel like they the problem. because regardless vax and unvax are passing it around. everyone’s body reacts to things differently. so you can’t judge me thinking if I took it I’ll be fine. because you took and you feel fine. the vax can pass it on and kill others too, being vaccinated doenst mean you immune to dying from Covid! a friend had Covid when it first came out and he beat it before they even have a vaccine , he took the vaccine for work ( just to keep his stupid job) , he got Covid again and ended up on a ventilator and died. so much for the vaccine helping right. his mom got Covid from him ended up passing 2 days after him. so maybe I just know too many people who have vaccine issues and I have trust issues about why it’s being forced down everyone’s throat!

@Ana S Good on you! Try for a medical exemption. I think you should be qualified for it. Some companies in US are not asking pregnant women to get vaccinated. Let us know how it goes. Ignore negative people here- they are Guinea pigs for long term studies of covid vaccine. For the record, my uncle just died of covid after being fully vaccinated
