my pd is 26 June 2021. I have completed my biometrics and my case has been actively reviewed since September 21.
lawfully was showing predictions of 12/24 to 02/28 but now it’s gone way over to 02/28 - 04/22.
I’ve seen people from May and June getting approved.
I have an IOE receipt number and my case is at NBC. Anyone in a similar time line received their EAD/Advanced parole combo card?😀
Anyones fiancé in Canada that has been approved?
Trying to figure out how long until the embassy will reach out about the K1 visa interview in Montreal Canada.

I am monitoring the comments of 485 approvals for EB1 and EB1-3, but haven’t seen much or any at all for weeks. From comments of the community, seems the Sevice Centers are processing mostly family based applications, (my case is in Texas SC, but I am watching all)
Does anyone know more have a clearer insight? Do you guys see movement?

Expediting EAD with job offer
is anyone who has successfully expedited their EAD willing to share their experience? I have a job offer and the employer is willing to write a letter for me. I chatted with a live agent online and they were not helpful when I asked to expedite due to having an outstanding job offer. thank you in advance!!

Additional proof requested for expedited EAD
My wife was received an email yesterday requesting for proof on her request to expedite EAD, we faxed whatever was required with reason due to financial challenge.
Has anyone had experience with expedited and was asked to faxed supporting documents? If so, what’s to be expected? How long is the turn around time? Rate of approval vs denial?
