I-765 , pending c(9) marriage based
Hi there everyone. my pd is 26 June 2021. I have completed my biometrics and my case has been actively reviewed since September 21. lawfully was showing predictions of 12/24 to 02/28 but now it’s gone way over to 02/28 - 04/22. I’ve seen people from May and June getting approved. I have an IOE receipt number and my case is at NBC. Anyone in a similar time line received their EAD/Advanced parole combo card?😀

I’ve noticed people from May getting there’s in December. but lawfully keeps changing predictions. I hope we get it in January because it looks like May is getting approved now

@Ceara you are right majority of June fillers are likely to get approved by January 2022 with the trend in approvals. Mine is IOE091239*** NBC Biometric August 16

Hi, my PD is June 29,2021 did bio Oct 8 2021 & status has been on case is actively being reviewed since then & nothing yet. I do see alot of approval for May & June filers since this month so I’m hoping I’ll be next as well.
