i 765 based on pending asylum
my application was submitted in dec 2020 and case is still under process in texas service center ...any idea how long before it gets approved

N k - what case are you referring to? asylum or the c8 EAD? it's not clear from your message which one you submitted in Dec 2020.

N k - you might want to call USCIS first thing in the morning (8am ET) to check with them what is going on because you're way outside the processing time. 😕

they dont even respond to service requests.... not sure whats going on
