I saw some June approvals with receipt number starting MSC, but not IOE. Is an IOE adjudication slower than MSC? mine is also IOE…

IOE is online filling and MSC is paper fillin(mailed)

there’s no difference but they wer busy wit MSC as I saw ppl being approved

I filled by mailing. got an IOE receipt today in the mail

USCIS this days u won’t predict how thy do their job 😖
