A L - look up in the app #expediterequest, and you will find a post titled How To: EXPEDITE REQUEST. I detailed my experience with expedite request in that post. about the expedite request, USCIS may or not grant the expedite to you. it all depends on the agent that reviews the request. some lucky ones have had success with a job offer, but most did not. good luck.

for me didn’t work, and I’m an software engineer in big company. I had letter from my HR office and it didn’t help me to expedite my case

Serg - I'm so sorry to hear that. the approval rate for expedite requests is very low. I read somewhere that it's about 8% for individual, and up to 20% with a congress representative. these are very low numbers. most of those requests are not even assigned to anyone for months before they're discarded without even being taken a look at. it's extremely competitive.

thank you Lilo and Serg! it wasn’t even an approval/denial issue, I wasn’t able to make an expedite request in the first place and was wondering how others did it.

I am an infectious disease pharmacist (graduated in 2020) and had a pending job offer. I contacted USCIS via their online chat system and told an agent that I need to expedite my EAD based on financial loss. She then asked me to type up my exact reason for financial loss and I did. She copied and pasted the reason into her system and gave me a confirmation number. Weeks later, I received an email asking for further proof of financial loss and I sent them (offer letter, cover letter, student loan due date, diploma showing honors conferral, bank statement for two months) via the fax number provided on the notice. Card was produced two weeks after that.
