Duplicate of medical form for I-485 interview
I had submitted my medical forms at the time of my filing for I-485 (NIW-employment based) in August 2020. So it has been more than a year but within the two-year period of their validity.
My interview notice says that I should bring my sealed medical form unless it was submitted within the last year. Does anyone know if this is something I should be worried about? Have they changed their policy on the two-year validity of medical forms lately?

I applied (I-130) for my wife on Jan 22, 2021 and her case is being processed at Texas Service Center. Her application changed to Activly review on Feb 25, 2021. The case is still pending and I hoping it will get approved soon

#130 my wife submitted my case in 08/12/2020 august, but my case is still to waiting 496 days now vermont processing time is 29.5 months max, but every months they backwards another months, and Uscis doesn’t say nothing just i’m on line.

Hi!
I’m waiting for my green card to get approved, but I don’t know why It is taking so long cause my case is ready for an interview since october.
Also, why are the employment authorization taking so long to get approved🥲 I really need to work.
Does anyone has the same issue?

Anyone waiting for STEM OPT EAD approval here?
Received 2 RFEs responded to both. I am still on my initial OPT. My 180 day extension expires on Dec31st. If I do not get my approval, I have to quit my job. I hear many people get their STEM OPTs approved in a little as a day or two. Same boat anyone?
