Receipt Notice -140 , I485, I131, I765 EB1C Not Generated.
Our cases were filed on Nov 9th 2021 and USPS delivered on 12th Nov in Texas Lockbox. no receipts so far. Anyone in the same situation or are they backlogged now.

Hello, it took exactly 4 weeks for me to get text messages with receipt numbers. mine was filed on 11/12, USCIS received on 11/17. text messages received on 12/13… getting hard copy receipts in mail today!
