ead expedite
I requested ead expedite thru my lawyer about 2 months ago. never heard back from uscis. I called uscis 2 weeks ago and placed another request. the rep said I would receive an e-mail but haven’t received anything. how long usually does it take for them to send the email for evidence request?

I got an update in August, that my cases are actively been reviewed and nothing is outstanding for forms I-130 for my spouse and child abroad (consular processing) in March. Is it a good idea to submit an inquiry about my cases been outside normal processing time?

We have 2 joint sponsors. Can my eldest daughter respond to RFE with my youngest daughter as we wait for the other sponsor to he ready or should we wait and send for us all.The first joint sponsor has listed my eldest daughter as principal applicant.The second will list me as the principal applicant with my son.Is that correct?
I-485, Primary approved-Dependent pending
My case was approved 12/15 (Primary EB2 NIW) and my wife still pending, we receive medical RFE from Raleigh NC FO on 11/4 , we both sent i693 together (even had to send twice because usps never confirmed delivery 1st time) - as of today my GC is on its way and my wife's status still on RFE Sent , Field Office never update on RFE Received only go straight to New Card BP.
I hope they can approve my wife soon, but I see a pattern lately primary is going first and derivatives take days-weeks and I some cases months.
Hope all of us can resolve our dependent cases as a christmas present.

- My PD is May 13, 2021
- Biometrics taken on July 22, 2021
- I-485 changed to “Ready to be scheduled” on October 6, 2021
- EAD issued on December 2, 2021
- I-485 changed to “Interview was scheduled” on Dec 20, 2021
- I chatted with a live agent who gave me the interview date February 8, 2022

Nebraska - EAD estimate processing time
Hi guys, I couldn’t find estimated processing time for employment based green card (EB2, EB3) on uscis website. Just wonder if they took off the estimation for that category, I was able to check last month but not this month. Anyone has any ideas about it? Thanks for sharing!
Advance parole
Hello,
I have an EAD approved along with I-512 travel authorization approved. I have European passport and currently visiting europe for the holidays.
My question is: if the US will ban travel again for EU passport holder, will my I-512 advance parole document and EAD card allow me to travel through the US even with the ban in place for European citizens?
