#130 my wife submitted my case in 08/12/2020 august, but my case is still to waiting 496 days now vermont processing time is 29.5 months max, but every months they backwards another months, and Uscis doesn’t say nothing just i’m on line.

the USCiS system have serious problems. file submitted this year they approved faster than others. 2020 suck

what I know I-130 takes long to get approved, mine took like 9 months, it was approved when my I-485 got approved. what u should mind is I-485

i have 15 months, and when you submit i-485 is for adjustment of status.

Elvis the system is suck the only cases are approving is 2021 and for those spouse living in the uscis when they adjust there status like other outside they don't count immediate relative.My spouse is a US citizen and he file 6 of feb 2020 and all i receive is the reciept number ivam outside of the US i AM fallowing up everything we the out sider they don't care about us i ask My husband y not leave and come to My country BT the US where he was born spent his whole life SO he refuse they not Even looking ay US
