so, this is the very 1st time I’ve downloaded this app. i had never even heard of this app before a week or so ago. i am scrolling through, just exploring the app & its features & functions. i see where u can do a 3 day free trial of the Case Analysis Pro. i was like cool, let me try it for 3 days & if I like it, I’ll keep it; if not, I’ll cancel before day 3. as I’m sure a lot of ppl do when it comes to apps with free trials. i go to double tap for the free trial & it’s trying to charge me the full price right away. so, I’ve emailed support & was told that I must’ve previously purchased this app before & already ran the trail & that I should call Apple or Google/whomever I use & ask for a refund. well, as I stated previously, I’ve never used this app before, never even heard of it until a week or so ago. i went to my settings & looked under my Apple ID under ‘subscriptions’ & it’s not in there either. so I know I’ve never purchased this before.
has anyone else experienced this issue with the free trial where u basically get charged for the whole thing right away? thanks

i am an Afghan national. i am in Kabul Afghanistan right now. my brother has submitted Advance parole travel application document/Humanitarian parole for me on november 3, 2021. my brother is working in APPLE inc as an engineer.
so i wanna ask from all of u that how many chances i have of my humanitarian parole approval and WHEN ? its now almost 3 months. i am in trouble here in Kabul with the Taliban.
i have submitted my evidence of threat too.
and my brother has asked the comgressman too for the request of expeditaion but USCIS didnt response yet

we submitted the medical examination after we received request for initial evidence 60 days ago. we have not received any response yet. our application is employment based. anybody receiving approval within 60 days from the date the uscis received your medicals in Missouri?

I’ve submitted for expedite request by calling USCIS on 1/11/22. received confirmation on 1/18 that they accepted the request and same been forwarded to the officer to make decision, next day status changed to “Received for additional information received”. can you tell me how many days it would take to approve this case?

Jumping Ship i-360 to H1B
Would you wait some 22-28.5 months- after waiting two years to get to this stage- for an i-360 approval (already 8 months in) and later, 11-24 months for an i-485 approval doing a job you don't enjoy; or jump ship to an H1b doing something you could enjoy and begin the whole permanent residency process afresh.
Tough decision for me.
