I don’t think they’re evening looking at my case because the Humanitarian Parole cases that have left the country are priority to them first

i believe in order for your case to get approved you have to leave the country and even then they may not approve it

just i called uscis the officer send me rafarral number and then they send email to send urgent humniturain parol reson then I send 3 month ago nothing received yet

its true that they are processing those cases who are in third country ... but its not mandatory they if someone who are in Afg then they will not process thier cases. when once the case approved then they will ask us for a thirf country. now we are not sure about our cases

right now they have processes in thousands Afghan humanitarian cases. but all are not in third country. noww will we have to pray for our decisions of approval more than the time of processing.

how do you know they are not in a 3rd country? my lawyer said they are only processing HP cases that has left the country

i was in Pak last week i told my brother that tell the USCIS that i am in third country but unfortunatly my brother refuse to do it... then i come back to Kabul :(

my lawyer says it’s very hard to get approved

so far they approved about 150 HP and denied over 500

m s allin relative 130 is totally different from Humanitarian parole and 130 need more time about more than a year

will humanitarian parole is a matter of LUCK now for us

coz they say if you have a one family base case it will be more chance of approval

no not dis missed coz when family sponsor there son and daughter married they have to wait 13 years so in this case I have to wait until it will current and that is why I filled 131 for urgent life threatening

so now what they saying about ur I-131 application and chances of approval ? do u have strong supportive documents for 131 ?

when I expidate so the send your supporting doccomment to I send all the arrest docoment from taliban and more

my case is humanitarian parole I-131 my brother submitted for me. he is in APPLE company. and i have worked here two in an NGO in Gender womens issues project in Afg. so i have also submited a threat letter too and mentioned a lot of issues in the documents. now lets see what happening

my brother also mentiond in the application that Taliban threatining my brother bcoz of me bcoz of my working in APPLE etc

@ MH please do you know how long it took the cases you know to be approved.l have filedg my 131 was for humanitarian purpose and was filed by my sister from USA l am in africa.They stole most of my documents when l went to bury my dad who was flown from the UK, so l could not travel back.filed Nov 2..

the cases took about 2-4 months to get approved because they were from Afghanistan and due to the life threatening situation there USCIS are working on those cases more faster than other countries. My own case has been pending for 5 months and I still am waiting.

why M H yours is pending and your in immediate family did you expidate ????and did you take a raffaral number from uscis and did you send your urgent reasons and also what is your urgent resons
