My employment based application was submitted to NBC and I received a RFE from FO New Orleans LA on 7th Dec and submitted on 9th December. Later no response from FO either online or email however on 24th January, my was updated to New Card Being Produced and following day case was approved. Hope this will help. Talk to USCIS and create a SR which will speed up the process.

after 60 days if they havent answered you ,go on uscis and put in a service request

Yes. you create a SR and see what’s going on. So far everything is online updates. I need to receive approval notice yet.

but online updates says, Card Was Mailed To Me

Try talking to live agent and ask them to create the SR if not you can always have the option to do after 60fay. Yes mostly I will get the card by next week

@Jag S did you receive the RFE letter for your medical. I am asking because as of yours my employment base application was submitted in NBC but I received G-56 form to submit my medical from Brooklyn field office. I already mailed my medical but the system didn’t update so far and it’s been a month.

@W A, Yes I received RFE letter by mail from FO and I submitted. Based on Attorney and other friends in the lawfully app, mentioned FO doesn’t have access and generally they don’t update. After you submit your RFE, it’s only decision and your case will approve.

You need to have evidence for submitted RFE then you are free

I was worried and not getting any updates from FO after 6weeks of RFE submission either online or mail. I asked couple of times live agent some related queries to keep my account active. By GOD grace, Its approved on 23rd.

I understand…for me it didn’t came as RFE so it didn’t update in the online portal which makes me worried if they receive my medical or not

According to Attorney, if you create a USCIS FOIA request, before or after 3 weeks you will get the confirmation if they receive it.

yes, I received my combo card(EAD and AP )on November 2nd 2021.

I have not received them but the status says they mailed them out

can they approve the combo card before the background check is complete
