Within 2 days I received an email that they accepted and then received this update. Anyone know what it may be. I’ve sent it all paper work they asked before. Thank you

Ombudsman Online Request Not Working - Help!
Hello! To those that have successfully submitted a request to the Ombudsman. How did you do it? I am trying to submit it online via the website and once I click “submit” , the page goes blank and I get an error message saying “Access Denied…. You don’t have permission to access this webpage on this server.” Did anyone else get this problem? and how do I make it work? I tried using Safari and Google Chrome and I get the same message in both. PLEASE HELP!!
Humanitarian Reinstatement
Hi everyone. My grandma passed away last May 2021 and she’s the petitioner of my 2 uncles who’s still in the Philippines. My first uncle already got their approval while my grandmas still alive and they’re just waiting for their interview. But now their paperworks was returned to NVC. I know we need to apply for Humanitarian Reinstatement so we can reprocess their paperworks. We hired an immigration attorney June 2021 and she even asked for letters and list of names that will replace for my grandma and a family tree for a proof but until now we don’t get any update. Can anyone help us?
