Are there any July 2021 K-1 filers that are “actively viewing” or approved? I saw a couple that got approved already somehow but I know USCIS are basically on March 2021 though…

That’s what she said?!? I asked if she had any special circumstances but never got a reply.. maybe army or child was about to be 21??

I am military and I am still waiting. July 8th receipt date.

I have tried 3 to expedite and was denied 3 times.

@AN The head of USCIS stated they are hiring 200 people to address the backlog … You can Google it 😉
