hi everyone , i just want to ask if i call uscis to expedite my Ead and they approve it will it come with advance parole , just want to be sure before i do this .

If you have files I-131 along with I-765(concurrent filing), then the EAD comes with AP. I got mine last week and my wife’s in the mail scheduled to deliver on Tuesday.

I tried to expedite because my old work permit is running out on the 22nd (last day of validity and funny enough the day the new one will arrive). However: the rejected it the week before last and then last week it was suddenly approved. We did file the extension together so we shall see if it comes as a combo card. I hope so because we haven’t been in Europe since two years because of the pandemic and now that things are slowly getting better we would love to go but we need AP for that again.

I should also add that while we filed concurrently, the 131 has NOT yet been approved (at least not in their system from what I can see). Ours are extensions though (though also filed together). Only thing I know is that the validity will now be two, not just one year.

The EAD does in fact not come automatically as a combo card even if you've filed concurrently. I've confirmed mine is only going to be an EAD and I've seen quite a few people in the same situation the last few weeks
