Second Interview In less than 20 days from the First!!!!
Hey guys! Me and my husband interview was like 20 days ago and we’ve been scheduled for another on March 16th! Here is the back story. Am a military spouse my husband got medically discharged cause he got shot and it interfered with his mental health he suffers from multiple mental disorders(PTSD,Stress disorder,Mood disorder etc)and is taking prescribed medication…….before the first interview that he didn’t even want to attend he had an episode and I still forced him to go I know very little about this Immgration stuff!! Our first interview wasn’t really good he messed up a few questions cause he was nervous and didn’t want to be there and the questions was about game a console and the Tv but nothing major I would say but the lady had a issue with it and said she has to think about our case! Just got the letter for the second one and my husband already doesn’t want to attend and is already in his depressed state and I don’t want to force him and it all goes bad or we get there and he has a episode in the office. someone told me I should of been got a lawyer to get a waiver from the first interview but I didn’t know! Now am looking for a lawyer and am worried and stressed myself about this whole situation unsure how this will go? Any suggestions or similar cases?

removal proceedings administrative closed
I have a question guys, anybody here got their I-485 interview approved even tought their removal proceedings case was administrative closed. I had an interview this Tuesday and the officer couldn’t make a decision based on that case. she told me she would send it to her supervisor and we should receive a decision in 2 to 3 weeks. My interview was on February 8 2022.

im reviewing visa bulletin pages trying to understand but still can’t.
i dint get what current means and how to understand in my Case so if there is anyone who could simply explain this and when to expect interview please Comment.
As I know it takes up to 6 month exept Some Countries in Asia.
so its been almost 5 months.

Processing delays - I-140 EB1C at Texas service center
My priority date is in December 2020 under EB1 category. Unfortunately there hasn't been any progress on my I140 application. Anyone in the group with similar priority date, pls share your experience. Can we expect both I140 and I485 approval together in such cases?

Hello. I have filed I-140, I-765 and I-485 concurrently at the Texas Service Center. They have received my cases on September 14th 2021. Done with Biometrics On October 29th 2021. After that On December 30th, 2021 "Case was updated to show Fingerprints were taken". After that nothing yet. Do any of you have any idea how long it might take for me to get the EAD or GC?
